2015 IPA Moving Image Photographer of the Year Finalists

The International Photography Awards annual competition was excited to congratulate the 2015 Moving Image Photographer of the Year. Five finalists were selected, based on juror scores, and the winner, Kerry Payne Stailey, was announced live, at The Thirteenth Annual Lucie Awards at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
