2013 IPA Discovery of the Year Finalists

Each year, the International Photography Awards invites photographers to submit their work for juried consideration. Emerging photographers compete for the Discovery of the Year award, and finalists are selected, based on jurors’ scores. The eight 2013 finalists were invited to The Twelfth Annual Lucie Awards event at Carnegie Hall in New York City on October 27th, 2013, where the winner Carlotta Cardana was announced live.
