2013 IPA Deeper Perspective Photographer of the Year Finalists

The six finalists for the 2013 International Photography Awards Deeper Perspective Photographer of the Year award tackled a wide range of issues, and submitted both images and text, to be considered by the jury panel. The finalists were invited to Carnegie Hall in New York City for The Eleventh Annual Lucie Awards, on October 27th, 2013, where the winner, Ebrahim Noroozi, was announced live.
